Youths donate wreath proceeds to Toy project

    Three area youths recently donated $248, raised by selling homemade Christmas wreaths, to the Caribou Fire and Ambulance Department’s 2009  Toy Project. Steve Corbin, Toy Project chairman, left, accepted the donation from Lukas Lagasse, 11, the son of Melanie and the late Richard Lagasse of New Sweden; Simone Michaud, 10, the daughter of Rick and Katie Michaud of Perham; and Lance Lagasse, 10, Lukas’ brother.
