    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August, 2009.
    Bonnie L. Bernier, 38, Blaine: operating under the influence-1 prior, $700 fine, 60 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation and 3-year license suspension; endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed; and reckless conduct, seven days in jail.     Kevin J. Black, 29, Portland: probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
    Travis J. Brooker, 22, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Roger D. Burby Jr., 25, Ashland: operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
    Jamie P. Burns, 37, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 60 days in jail.
    Kasee L. Clayton, 28, Fall River, Mass.: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Cindy Collin, 45, Sinclair: operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, dismissed.
    Rodney N. Corey, 44, Hodgdon: driving to endanger and motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, filed on $500 costs (each).
    Colleen M. Curtis, 25, Caribou: burglary, dismissed.
    Drew A. Cygan, 51, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Stephen D. Davenport Jr., 22, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
    Brad W. Drost, 23, Bridgewater: operating after habitual offender revocation, filed on $250 costs.
    Starr April Flewelling, 28, Mapleton: gross sexual assault, dismissed; and unlawful sexual contact, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation.
    Allan J. Gendreau, 50, Grand Isle: violating condition of release, two years in prison, all but seven months suspended and one year probation.
    Richard A. Guerrette, 44, Frenchville: OUI-1 prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, 18-month license and registration suspension.
    Dale Thomas Hanson, 62, Fort Fairfield: importing or receiving wildlife without permit, $100 fine.
    Jennifer D. Hathorn, 34, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Penny R. Jones, 35, Woodland: stealing drugs, dismissed.
    Keith A. Kitchen, 53, Masardis: probation violation, five days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Brenda Lee Klezos, 23, Caribou: probation violation, 20 months in prison and probation revoked.
    Randy Scott Lee Jr., 29, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked.
    Mark R. Logan, 37, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $200 costs.
    Ronald Martin, 68, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
    Jason G. McEwen, 34, Oakland: theft by deception, $500 fine.
    Marshall A. McManus, 37, Washburn: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug (two counts), $500 fine, three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $250 restitution (first), and $500 fine and 90 days in jail (second).
    Lloyd D. McPherson, 35, Ashland: operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, filed on $500 costs.
    Raymond Meng, 22, Enfield, Conn.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 14 days in jail; and burglary, dismissed.
    Marena J. Mushero, 19, Bangor: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 20 days in jail and $150 restitution.
    Noah Mushero, 24, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in jail and $1,500 restitution; and violating condition of release, six months in jail and $1,500 restitution.
    Beau T. Myrick, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary, both dismissed; and criminal trespass, $10 fine and 60 days in jail.
    Mark L. Parks, 55, Woodland: OUI-2 priors, $2,500 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and 6-year license and registration suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and 1-year license and registration suspension; and attaching false plates, five days in jail.
    Dana S. Patten, 20, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first) and 75 days in jail (second); criminal trespass (three counts), 75 days in jail (first) and five days in jail (second and third); and violating condition of release (three counts), 75 days in jail (first) and five days in jail (second and third).
    Anne M. Pelletier, 36, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, six years in prison, all but three months suspended, three years’ probation and 100 hours’ community service (first); and $400 fine and 90 days in jail (second).
    Timothy E. Quint Jr., 20, Hodgdon: aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Melissa A. Rafford, 44, Caribou: stalking, serious inconvenience/emotional distress, 364 days in jail, all but 28 days suspended and one year probation; assault, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 28 days in jail.
    Benjamin E. Robbins, 23, Presque Isle: burglary, withdrawn.
    Lawrence C. Roy, 41, Biddeford: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
    Richard A. Schilling, 52, Van Buren: burglary, five years in prison, all but one year suspended, three years’ probation and $1,250 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.
    Pauline M. Sherwood, 56, Van Buren: domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each).
    Jennifer Sock, 25, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation revoked.
    Darold J. Trainor, 66, St. David: OUI, dismissed; and failure to notify of motor vehicle accident, $750 fine and 15-day license suspension.
    Lisa M. Turner, 43, Presque Isle: probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
     Jerry D. York, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
