The Pine and Spurs Riding Club held its annual end of year awards banquet Nov. 21. A meeting and pot luck was enjoyed by all at Fort Fairfield High School. Outgoing club president Dave McCrea opened with a warm welcome and incoming president Kim Cheney closed with some upcoming plans for the summer show season.
Presenting awards was club membership and merit chair Arlene Wright, who had the pleasure of presenting approximately 40 awards to club members.

The Dan Davenport Memorial Trophy for High Point Western Rider went to Jenna Carr with Aviator.
The Performance Horse of the Year for High Point overall went to Camryn and Emily Ala with Towerhill Mary O’Roo.
