The Caribou Sesquicentennial Committee invites all area residents to a Silent Auction, Wednesday, December 9, at Celebration Central (the former Radio Shack site) from 6 to 8 p.m. Items to be auctioned are the Caribou historical pictures that have graced the city over the past year.
Bidding will close at 8 p.m. with the highest bidder purchasing and removing the pictures that same evening.
Don’t miss out on the chance to take ownership of one — or even two of these unique photographs, depicting sights and individuals that are all part of Caribou’s history.
Don’t hesitate to place your bids because like the Cadbury eggs at Easter time — once it’s over they’ll be gone.
Light refreshments will be served during this event.
