PRESQUE ISLE — The Outdoor Adventure Program International (OAPI) of the University of Maine at Presque Isle will offer a November excursions for UMPI students and members of the community. A North Maine Woods group camping trip to the area around Baxter State Park is planned for Friday, Nov. 6 through Sunday, Nov. 8.
No previous experience is necessary. Cost for the camping trip is $50 for UMPI students, $65 for non-students; food, transportation, tents, gear, camping fees and the services of a registered Maine guide are included. Deadline to register is Wednesday, Nov. 4.
