One starchy moose

    Pat Edgecomb of Limestone, holds a potato her husband John rescued during the recent harvest operation at the Brent Edgecomb farm. The spud is a very close replica of the head of a moose, complete with the ears, long snout and even eyes. “It fell from the harvester and when I picked it up, I saw the shape of it and knew I had to bring it home,” said Edgecomb.
