Members of the Caribou Garden recently held their late summer garden judging for the residential and business categories. Leola Ouellette’s garden at her home on Russ Street was named winner of the late summer residential class and DOC’s Place on Bennett Drive received the award in the business category. Doc’s Place was also the winner for the early summer and mid-summer garden judging.

Leola Ouellette’s garden on Russ Street took top honors for the Caribou Garden Club’s late summer garden judging. Ouellette’s efforts also captured the 2009 Best Residential Garden award.
The local garden club also announced the best gardens named in Caribou for 2009 residential and business categories with Ouellette’s gardening expertise gaining her the best residential garden and the 2009 best business honor went to DOC’s Place.
