Rec hoop registration under way

      Registration for the Presque Isle Recreation and Parks Department’s grades 3-4 basketball program has begun. Schedules will be available Oct. 20.        The program offers leagues for both boys and girls. Practices and games are held weekdays after school at the community center and begin in late-October.
