PRESQUE ISLE – Esther M. Kimball, 79, wife of the late Edwin C. Kimball, died Oct. 3, 2009, at her home. She was born Sept. 26, 1930, in Caribou, the daughter of Clinton B. and Margaret B. (Nadeau) Hewitt.
She attended United Methodist Church, Caribou. Esther had been employed by Birds Eye Co. for many years, A & P for 25 years and then Potato Service Co. She enjoyed jewelry, old movies, yard sales, rummage sales, sewing and especially spending time with her family.
She is survived by two sons and their wives, Eric W. and Holly Kimball of Presque Isle and Kenneth P. and Faye Kimball of Westfield; daughters, and their husbands, Lyndia and Andrew Warren of Caribou, Eloise and Benny Spears of Covington, Ga., Cindy and Ralph D'Angelo of Caribou and Joyce and Bob Lee of Bangor; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with Pastor Victor Hartley officiating, where relatives and friends may call 10 a.m. until the time of service. Condolences may be expressed at www.duncan-graves.com.
