Stacey, Jeannie E., 79, August 24, 2009.  Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home, Houlton.     Houlton – Jeannie E. Stacey, 79, died Aug. 24, 2009, at a local hospital. She was born May 25, 1930, at Houlton, the daughter of Gilbert and Hazel (Estey) DeVeau.
    Jeannie was a member of the Houlton United Pentecostal Church and the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians.
    She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Stacey and stepson, Howard Stacey, Jr. all of Houlton; granddaughter, Jan Clark and her family of Stockholm; her companion, Howard Stacey, Sr.; three sisters, Nora Estabrook, Phyllis Deveau, and Helen Taylor all of Houlton; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, eight brothers and six sisters.
    Friends called Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Dunn Funeral Home. Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Thursday at the United Pentecostal Church with Rev. V. R. Sixberry officiating. Online condolences may be expressed at dunnfuneral.com.
