    After nearly 55 years as a local company serving The County, Hogan Tire has earned the respect and trust of its customers. They return the favor with an unparalleled brand of professionalism, courtesy and  expertise.  
    Just about any tire a customer requests is sold and serviced at Hogan Tire. Their inventory includes tires for passenger cars, light trucks, commercial, over-the-road and farm vehicles. And, since 1969 Hogan Tire has been doing quality tire retreading for commercial vehicles.
 Skill, service, dedication
    “Anyone can sell you a product. But, it goes back to service after the sale,” says Anderson. “We live in small towns where businesses need repeat customers. We take care of our customers with fair pricing and good service. Customers often simply hand us their car keys and trust us enough to fix whatever needs to be done.”
    Anderson and Higgins have 52 years’ of combined expertise and experience in the automotive repair industry. “There’s not much we can’t do,” says Higgins. “We have three generations coming in for service — grandparents, parents, children and soon their children!”
    When a local heavy-duty truck parts business was about to close, Hogan Tire, purchased it and built a brand new 4,400 square foot building to house the new enterprise. That move kept local people employed and contributed to Houlton’s economy. Distribution was expanded to several areas of the state by Hogan’s huge fleet of vehicles and their salespeople. A grand opening is scheduled for September 12.
