Beginning this month, SCORE Today is being launched as the new online “magazine resource” for small businesses. It will continue to feature counseling, best practices, a featured resource, and tech tips. Also, a service many small business owners might find useful, at no cost, is their Online Community resource/advice and networking community for small businesses. With more than 100,000 members, there are endless chances for connectivity to like-businesses, networking opportunities and more. I encourage anyone to start a profile, and tour the “online community.”
Nearly half of all SCORE clients are women, and SCORE has two Web sites dedicated to these business owners and entrepreneurs. Be sure to check these out at www.score.org. From "How to Really Start a Small Business" to workshops related to "can you afford to start a business?" their resources are all topnotch, professional, down to earth and easily accessible. I encourage everyone to check them out!
