Olson, Thelma M., 94, Caribou, at Caribou, June 13, 2009. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m., June 17, from the Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou.

 

Image    Caribou – Thelma M. Olson, 94, wife of the late Philip Olson, died June 13, 2009 at Caribou. She was born in Fort Fairfield February 5, 1915, the daughter of the late William and Myrtle (Knight) Foss. Mrs. Olson was employed at the former Loring Air Force Base, Base Exchange for a number of years and attended the Caribou United Baptist Church.
    Thelma is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Peter and Carol Olson, and her daughter Carol Ann Adams all of Caribou, two sisters, Edna Everett and her husband Donald of Caribou and Ruth Barnes of Fort Fairfield, three grandchildren; Amy Durette and her husband Richard, P.J. Olson and his wife Amber and Tricia Thompson, two great-great grandchildren, Liza Durette and Jazmyn Olson, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Olson was predeceased by her husband Philip in 1988 and a sister Joyce Foss.
    Graveside services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2009, from the Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Roger Jewell officiating. Arrangements by the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou. For an online registry please go to www.mocklerfuneralhome.com.
