    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the months of March and April, 2009.
    Jeffrey S. Albano, 27, Smyrna Mills: probation violation, eight days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Dwayne D. Anderson, 47, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine and 18 months in prison (first) and $400 fine, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and two years’ probation (second); unlawful possession of oxycodone (two counts), $400 fine and six months in jail (first), and $400 fine and 18 months in prison (second); and violating condition of release (two counts), six months in jail (each).
    William P. Anthony Sr., 45, Bridgewater: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed.
    Matthew J. Benn, 26, Hammond TWP: eluding an officer, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
    Daniel P. Bickford, 45, Houlton: assault, $300 fine, two years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and 100 hours’ community service.
    Rebecca J. Bither, 24, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in jail, all but 10 days suspended and two years’ probation; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
    Micheal S. Boody, 28, Hodgdon: illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, one year in prison, all suspended and one year probation; theft of services, $200 fine; violating condition of release and cultivating marijuana, both dismissed.
    Amy L. Bouchard, 26, Caribou: trafficking in prison contraband, 30 days in jail.
    Calvin Bouchard, 49, Oakfield: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 20 days suspended and two years’ suspension.
    Michael D. Brooker, 58, Houlton: probation violation, four years in prison and probation revoked; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and four years in prison; eluding an officer, violating condition of release, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, reckless conduct, failure to register vehicle and operating without license, six months in jail (each of six offenses); and driving to endanger and violating condition of release, both dismissed.
    Vincente G. Burgos, 47, Cary Plantation: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; and attaching false plates, 10 days in jail.
    Jason Wayne Caron, 36, Smyrna Mills: aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Nathan J. Case, 30, Mars Hill: burglary, five years in prison, all but 10 months suspended, two years’ probation and $312.65 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; and illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, dismissed.
    Edward R. Collins, 51, Houlton: gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact, sexual abuse of minor, sexual misconduct with a child under 14 years and assault, all dismissed.
    Corey B. Corbett, 30, Houlton: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation revoked and probation continued.
    Rodney N. Corey, 43, Hodgdon: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
    Ryan Cottle, 24, Biddeford: probation violation, 360 days in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Heather D. Crockett, 31, Houlton: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 120 days in jail (first), and 120 days in jail (second); and violating condition of release (two counts), 120 days in jail (each).
    Susan Davis, 53, Houlton: stealing drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation and $128.65 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (first) and dismissed (second); and misuse of identification, 30 days in jail, all suspended.
    David R. Dockham, 22, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and seven months in jail.
    Ruth Grant, 66, Houlton: hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed without costs.
    Justin W. Hannigan Jr., 28, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in jail, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; and burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed.
    Nancy L. Hardy-Boles, 30, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Gene Lawlor, 53, Dyer Brook: operating vehicle without license, $50 fine.
    Joshua Lee, 21, Haynesville: burglary of a motor vehicle, assault, criminal trespass, domestic violence assault (two counts), criminal mischief and obstructing report of a crime, 364 days in prison (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release (two counts), six months in prison (each); burglary, six years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and two years’ probation; and domestic violence stalking-priors, 18 months in prison.
    Justin E. Lincoln, 21, Houlton: burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both dismissed; violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 180 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation and $312.65 restitution (each count); and criminal trespass, 365 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation and $312.65 restitution.

    Joey D. Tomah, 39, Houlton: assault on an emergency medical care provider, $300 fine; and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.
    Michael L. Tucker, 35, Houlton: hunting or possessing moose during closed season, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow and failing to stop for officer, 21 days in jail (each); operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and driving to endanger, dismissed.
