PRESQUE ISLE – Momentum Aroostook is hosting a wine tasting and social networking event from 6:30-9 p.m. Thursday, June 11 in the Red Room at the Northeastland Hotel in Presque Isle. Cost is $10 per person. This fun and informative evening will give attendees the opportunity to sample six different wine varietals, enjoy a short wine tasting tutorial by wine enthusiast Keith Madore, and learn how to pair wine with food – all while mixing and mingling with the region’s business professionals.
Momentum Aroostook is hosting this event on the evening before the Aroostook Partnership for Progress’ and Leaders Encouraging Aroostook Development’s annual meeting, and will be recognizing its sponsors, which include corner sponsors Katahdin Trust Co., MMG Insurance, Northern Maine Development Commission, and the University of Maine at Presque Isle, and supporters APP, LEAD, Channel X Radio, and Realize!Maine.
Attendees must have IDs and be at least 21 years of age.
