READATHON — Mill Pond students in grades Pre-K to grade two recently completed their annual Readathon. This year, students broke the record for the number of minutes read with totals reaching 20,637 minutes of at-home reading over the course of three weeks. All students celebrated their success with a skating party and enjoyed brownies and milk compliments of Mrs. Wiley and Mrs. Harbison. Receiving awards for the most minutes read were: Isaac Jurson, Breea Carll, Bethany Devoe, Amelia Ivey, Allana Mullen, and Aaron Brooker. Absent from the photo is Dylan Jurson.
