Dean’s list honorees

    Wilfred Guerrette
    CASTINE — Wilfred Guerrette, of Presque Isle, was recently named to the dean’s list at Maine Maritime Academy for outstanding academic achievement in the first semester of the 2008-2009 academic year. Students named to the dean’s list earn a grade point average of 3.3 or above on a 4.0 scale.             Guerrette, a member of the class of 2010, is majoring in power engineering technology. He is a graduate of Presque Isle High School.
Melissa Hotham
    WEST HAVEN, Conn. — Melissa Hotham, of Presque Isle, was named to the dean’s list at the  University of New Haven for the fall 2008 semester. Full-time undergraduate students must have a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the semester to be eligible for the dean’s list.
