HODGDON — The Town of Hodgdon Veteran’s Honor Roll Committee invites residents to a public meeting at Hodgdon High School, Monday, Jan. 5, 7 p.m. to unveil the proposed design of the new veteran monument. The committee is looking for input from the public on where the new monument should be placed.
The committee has been working since 2005 to gather and verify names of Hodgdon veterans to be placed on the new monument. The cost of the new monument will be covered by donations and fund-raising efforts. To donate or add the name of a veteran, contact Town Manager Jim Griffin at 532-6498.
