COLLEGE BOUND — At recent Houlton Higher Education Center ceremonies, students received their certificates  for completing the College Transitions Program. From left are students: Billy Tompkins, his brother Richard Tompkins, Colleen Frost, Tina Godfrin, Daren Davidson and Jonelle Cushing. Richard Tompkins had also earned his GED which he received the same day.
