Stephen and Bonnie Mowbray of Fort Fairfield and Gary and Mary Ballanger of Bancroft are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Melanie Olivia Mowbray and Daniel James Ballanger. Melanie graduated top 10 of her class from Fort Fairfield High School in 2005 and attends the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She will graduate in May 2009 with a bachelor of science degree in outdoor recreation with a concentration in outdoor leadership. Melanie is employed by Lowes as a customer service associate. She is also employed by Gentile Hall’s Rock Wall.
Daniel graduated from Hodgdon High School in 2005 and attends the University of Maine at Presque Isle. He will graduate in May 2009 with a bachelor of science degree in outdoor recreation with a concentration in outdoor leadership. Daniel is employed by Lowes as a team leader in the lumber department.
