    Larry L. Easler, 52, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.     Adam Ellsworth, 22, Belmont, Mass.: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
    Wallace G. Endy Jr., 22, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Joshua A. Ernest, 25, Mars Hill: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Christopher John Flannery Fox, 21, Fort Fairfield: fishing without valid license, dismissed.
    Gary F. Giggey II, 42, Fort Fairfield: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
    Shawn Girard, 43, Old Orchard Beach: operating greater than headway speed, $100 fine.
    Laurence Goodwin, 60, Croton Falls, N.Y.: operating/permitting operation unregistered motorboat, $100 fine.
    Joshua Griffin, 25, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    William R. Hafford, 25, Blaine: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Chistiana M. Halvorson, 18, Mannschoice, Penn.: operating greater than headway speed, $100 fine.
    Todd A. Hardy, 38, Winterport: failure to exhibit license, $100 fine.
    Ronald E. Harris, 62, Caribou: failure to register vehicle, $250 fine.
    Kevin M. Heath, 56, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Napolean Hebert, 18, Presque Isle: operating ATV under 18 without headgear, $100 fine.
    Ricky C. Hill, 22, Mapleton: obstructing report of injury, dismissed; violating condition of release, 20 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
    Kristopher B. Holtzclaw, 34, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (OUI) – no test, $800 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Kurt A. Jalbert, 27, Presque Isle: OUI – one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 18-month license suspension.
    Sarah B. Kelley, 36, Portland: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Duane A. Labier, 31, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Ronald I. Lamb, 20, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $300 fine, $210.28 restitution and 150 hours community service.
