Mr. and Mrs. Osbert Pipkin and Mr. James Justice of Wilmington, N.C., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica LeeAnn Lowery, to Tyler Clayton Coffin, of Wilmington, N.C., formerly of Presque Isle. 
Tyler is the son of Corinna Coffin Grant, formerly of Presque Isle, and the late Douglas Elmer Coffin. Jessica is a 2008 graduate of Ashley High School and is currently attending Cape Fear Community College in North Carolina. Tyler Coffin completed high school in Wilmington and is enlisted in the U.S. Army currently stationed at Fort Sill, Okla.
The couple will be married at the Centerville Baptist Church on December 20, 2008, at 6 p.m. in Wilmington, N.C.
