Superior Court

    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court in Caribou during the month of May, 2008.
    Scott Morin, 33, Fort Kent: criminal trespassing, filed at no cost.
    Daniel T. Moutinho, 22, New Sweden: OUI, $750 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.     Ronald D. Nelson, 60, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Michael Olmstead, 46, Marlton, N.J.: OUI, $1,500 fine and 90-day license.
    Sean J. Ouellette, 36, Caribou: probation violation, 44 months in prison and probation revoked; stealing drugs, 48 months in prison and $805 restitution; theft by deception, six months in jail.
    Robert B. Parker, 40, Bridgewater: possessing firearm or crossbow when prohibited, two years in prison with all but six months suspended and a year probation; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.
    Ray Ervin Parks, 54, Eagle Lake: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,500 fine, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended and two years probation.
