    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court in Caribou during the month of August, 2008.
    Richard J. Bilodeau, 52, Caribou: failure to stop, remain, provide information, dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed; reckless conduct, $700 fine.     Edward A. Bolstridge, 53, Fort Fairfield: driving to endanger, filed with $200 court costs.
    Daniel J. Bouchard, 34, Caribou: probation violation, 10 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Cindy L. Brown, 46, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine, $29.99 restitution and 100 hours community service.
    Dana P. Cassidy, 57, Caribou: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
    Lance L. Cormier, 26, Van Buren: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Matthew A. Cote, 22, Connor Twp.: operating under the influence (two counts), $800 fine, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension (first count) and dismissed (second count); violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Stephen D. Davenport, 20, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Elizabeth Dee, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
    Derek B. Demerchant, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine months and one day in prison and probation revoked.
    James Dionne, 40, Madawaska: domestic violence assault, filed with $200 court costs.
    Bruce K. Driscoll, 34, Ashland: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $600 fine (each).
    Joshua J. Easler, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and 100 hours community service.
    Larry L. Easler, 52, Mapleton: operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, dismissed.
    East Chapman Road Enterprises, Presque Isle: rule violation-other (three counts), $750 fine (each of first two) and dismissed (third).
    Raymond T. Farris, 43, Ashland: driving to endanger, dismissed; criminal threatening, $600 fine.
    Michael A. Fisher, 26, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
    Jamie L. Forsman, 25, Caribou: stealing drugs, dismissed; intentionally endangering welfare of dependent person, $1,500 fine, three years in prison with all but three months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Allen J. Gagnon, 46, Van Buren: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Wayne R. Giberson Jr., 24, Sheryl’s Ford, N.C.: assault, $300 fine and seven days in jail.
    Robert W. Greene, 52, Caribou: probation violation, probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed; violating protective order, $300 fine.
    Scott D. Guillemette, 33, Caribou: gross sexual assault (two counts), both dismissed.
    Joseph B. Haines Jr., 36, Presque Isle: probation violation, 37 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
    Christopher J. Hoffses, 43, Mapleton: assault, dismissed.
    Ralph J. Hotham, 52, Blaine: sexual abuse of minor, six months in jail with all but five days suspended and one year probation; allow minor to possess of consume liquor, $1,000 fine and five days in jail.
    Philip E. Howard Jr., 22, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Travis Lyons, 24, Masardis: eluding an officer, dismissed; violating condition of release, $500 fine; failing to stop for officer, $1,000 fine and 60-day license suspension.
    Phillip L. Madore, 49, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, file with $200 court costs.
    Scott N. McBreairty, 39, Woodland: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended and two years’ probation; criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Brian M. Monson, 35, Caribou: arson, 10 years in prison with all but two years suspended, four years’ probation and $20,396.50 restitution.
    Alan R. Mully, 63, Easton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Collen M. Nadeau, 56, Eagle Lake: probation violation, probation revoked and no sentence imposed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 months in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years’ probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 120 days in jail.
    Phillip M. Pierce, 29, Easton: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and 90 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended.
    Arnold E. Robinson, 47, Caribou: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Christopher Saunders, 20, Caribou: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Rodney D. Saunders, 28, Limestone: aggravated criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Jamie J. Sneddon, 25, Fort Fairfield: assault, 15 days in jail; domestic violence assault, $500 fine and 75 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
    Joseph Sperrey, 43, Caribou: failing to stop all terrain vehicle, filed with $400 court costs.
    Kori Tupper, 25, Fort Fairfield: Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Lisa M. Turner, 42, Presque Isle: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $1,000 fine, two years in prison, two years’ probation and 800 hours community service.
    Robert A. Van Houten, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drug, $3,500 fine, six years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $300 restitution.
    Pierre J. Verret, 32, Grand Isle: unsworn falsification (two counts), dismissed (first) and 21 days in jail (second); illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, dismissed; fraudulently obtaining license or permit, 21 days in jail; illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, 21 days in jail.
    Joshua M. Von Merta, 29, Caribou: criminal threatening, $250 fine and 15 days in jail.
    Blaine E. Wilkins, 23, Caribou: robbery (six counts), six years in prison (for each of five counts), 12 years in prison with all but six years suspended, four years’ probation and $20,651 restitution (second count); illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, five years in prison; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, six years in prison; terrorizing, 364 days in jail; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, five years in prison; aggravated criminal trespass, $400 fine and five years in prison; stealing drugs, five years in prison; elevated aggravated assault, six years in prison; aggravated assault, six years in prison.
