Sutherland should reject endorsement

To the editor:
    I am writing today to express my extreme displeasure in discovering that Rep. Patricia Sutherland was the only Aroostook County legislator to be endorsed by Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is an extremely pro-abortion organization that actively seeks government funding to pay for abortion, and fought against a partial birth abortion ban.  I believe the majority of Aroostook County voters are opposed to abortion and do not share the values of this organization. Please call Patricia Sutherland and tell her to reject this endorsement and/or clarify her position on this important issue.
