A 5K cross-country race will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 10 starting at the Millar Civic Center in Houlton’s Community Park.
The race will be hosted by the Greater Houlton Christian Academy cross-country team members, and proceeds will go towards purchasing sweatshirts for the GHCA team.
The race is open to the public, and organizers encourage runners to bring family and friends to the event, or just come out to support the run.
Registration will be at the civic center from 4:15-5:15 p.m.
