Caribou – Rose A. Thibodeau, 87, died September 30, 2008, at a Bangor Health Care Center. She was born in Caribou September 18, 1921, the daughter of Remi and Catherine (Nadeau) Thibodeau. Rose was a lifelong resident of Caribou where she was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
She is survived by a nephew Gene Raymond and his wife Linda of Bangor, two nieces Nancy Small and her husband Tom of Bangor and Nancy Raymond of Bangor, and a longtime friend Evelyn Gideon of Caribou. Rose was predeceased by her sister Madeline Raymond, her brother Fred Thibodeau, two nephews Ronald and Clifford Raymond and a niece Rita Joseph.
Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Friday, October 3, 2008, from the Chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou with Fr. Aaron Damboise officiating. Interment took place in the Old Holy Rosary Cemetery.
