granby, ct – Marjorie Lello Thomas, 90, of Granby, CT, formerly of Portland, died peacefully Friday, September 26, 2008, at Meadowbrook of Granby Nursing Home. Born in Calais, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Muriel Lello of Mars Hill.
Marge’s family would like to thank the staff at Meadowbrook for the compassionate and gentle care given to her for over 15 years.
She is survived by her four children, Frank Thomas and his wife Lisalotte of Holland, Peter Thomas and his wife Charlotte of FL, Stephen Thomas and his wife Paula of Enfield, CT, and Jo-Ellen Hines and her husband Bill of PA. She also leaves her brother Howard Lello and his wife Zeta of Limestone and her sister Maida Grass and her husband Clifford of Mars Hill; along with 12 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Private burial was held in Pierce Cemetery, Mars Hill on Friday, October 3, 2008.
