Houlton and Centerville, OH – Dorothy M. Crockett, 84, wife of Houlton native Russell E. Crockett, died Sept. 6, 2008, at St. Leonard Center, Centerville, OH, after a long period of ill health. She was born in Manchester, England on June 26, 1924.
    Dorothy served in the British Army during World War II. She worked for the Kettering and Centerville, OH, public schools and was a volunteer at the St. Leonard Center for 17 years.
    Besides her husband Russell, she is also survived by stepson, David Crockett and his wife Trish of Grisham, OR; granddaughter, Sarah Crockett; grandson, Morgan Crockett; and foster daughter, Sandra (Rob) Little.
