Organizations
The Easton Parent Community Organization (EPCO) will be holding their Harvest Party for the Easton Elementary School on Friday, Oct. 17, at the school beginning at 6 p.m. and continuing until 8 p.m. They have new games along with some of the old ones, a cake walk, lots of prizes and costume judging. There will also be light refreshments. If anyone wishes to help with the party, they can donate prizes and candy and leave the items at the elementary school.

Sophi Gillespie posed along the nature hike/scavenger hunt  at the Greenland Adventure Center in a tree that was struck by lightning.

The EPCO also reports that the cookbook they have been working on since school began has now gone to the printers and they hope to have it out for sale by Thanksgiving.
They also report that the doll raffle is back. Hiedi Thompson’s mother in Washburn has made many outfits for this doll. The drawing will be at the Christmas Concert.

Travis and Sheri Carter and their children, Kylee and Kody, have recently returned from a week in Orlando, Fla., where they spent the time enjoying a first-time visit to Disney World.
