Hoop to begin

     Registration for the Presque Isle Recreation and Parks Department’s grades 3 and 4 basketball program has begun, with schedules coming out Oct. 21. The registration fee is $15 and a $5 late fee will be added to all registrations taken after Oct. 20.     The program offers leagues for both boys and girls.
