    PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were heard at the Presque Isle District Court during the month of July, 2008:
    Jerry Banks, 31, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Dana Beaulieu, 56, Presque Isle: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.     Andrew R. Bellamy, 19, Fort Fairfield: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, filed with $150 cost.
    Brenda Lee Berube, 48, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, dismissed.
    Kenneth L. Bettis Jr., 28, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension; escape, 48 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, 48 hours in jail.
    Karon A. Boulier, 48, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with $250 cost.
    Robert Bowring, 25, Brewer: three counts criminal mischief, 30 days in jail each and $200 restitution for second; criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; two counts violating condition of release, 30 days in jail each; terrorizing, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, 30 days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 30 days in jail.
    Stefanie S. Brewer, 35, Bridgewater: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Thomas H. Broad, 38, Riverbank, N.B.: rule violation – inadequate suspension, $100 fine.
    Pauochau N. Brown-Paul, 22, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
    Kyle W. Brownly, 23, Mars Hill: failing to stop ATV upon entering public way, $100 fine; operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Cameron J. Burby, 21, Ashland: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine.
    Annette M. Cleveland, 46, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, filed with $100 cost; possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Michael J. Cooper, 19, Fort Fairfield: violating protective order, $350 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $250 fine and 75 hours community service; violating condition of release, $350 fine.
    Todd M. Corey, 40, Mars Hill: operating after registration suspended, dismissed; attaching false plates, $200 fine; failure to register vehicle, filed with $100 cost.
    Paul Cote, 61, Fort Fairfield: permitting unaccompanied person under 16 to operate ATV, dismissed.
    Maurice A. Cummings Jr., 58, Standish: violate fishing rule, $100 fine.
    Andre R. Cyr, 52, Fort Kent: fishing violation of number, amount weight or size, $120 fine.
    Amanda L. Dean, 28, Presque Isle: criminal attempt, $500 fine.
    Maura L. Delong, 18, Westfield: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Timothy Dewitt, 19, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 50 hours community service; violating condition of release, $350 fine and 24 hours in jail.
    Adam T. Dow, 24, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Brent Esancy, 53, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    Robin L. Fitch, 48, Caribou: theft by unauthorized use of property, $200 fine and $1,415.89 restitution.
    Lisa Gagnon, 43, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (OUI), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Michael B. Gibbs, 21, Houlton: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
    Brian K. Grant, 34, Glenburn: operating greater than headway speed, $100 fine.
    Ronald A. Grover, 64, Ashland: operating/permitting operation of unregistered motorboat, $100 fine.
    Joseph B. Haines Jr., 36, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Joseph Harvey Henderson, 39, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with $300 cost.
    Jerid L. Hendrickson, 24, Limestone: assault, $500 fine.
    Maurice K. Hewitt, 21, Mapleton: littering, $100 fine.
    Jordan E. Jackson, 18, Fort Fairfield: possession of tobacco products by minor, 20 hours community service.
    Samuel L. Jencks, 25, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Norman C. Johndro, 31, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 250 hours community service; violating condition of release, 250 hours community service.
    Allison Johnson, 20, Steep Falls: minor possessing liquor, $300 fine.
