The second annual Cornerstone Classic Golf Tournament is slated for Saturday, Sept. 13 at Caribou Country Club. The tourney is a three-person scramble, with a shotgun start beginning at 8:30 a.m. Golfers must check in no later than 7:30 a.m. The fee is $30 per person or $90 per team. Only the first 40 teams to register will be accepted. Everybody who participates will receive a prize, with overall gross and net winners earning special honors. Other contests will be held, featuring a $10,000 hole-in-one prize.
The event is a fundraiser for Cornerstone Christian Academy, a non-denominational private Christian school located at the Family Christian Center on U.S. Route 1 in Presque Isle.
