Local youth recently participated in the annual Advanced Christian Leadership Institute, a four-day training for all Roman Catholic Christian youth and adults who minister with youth and who wish to learn more about and develop their Christian leadership skills.
The four-day session includes three workshops each day focused on prayer, Myers Briggs, servant leadership, dealing with diversity, spirituality, conflict resolution, group decision making, shared leadership and sharing gifts. Participants also learn the importance of journaling, how to plan and implement prayer experiences, how to build a Christian community and about relationships.
