K & B creates dream rooms

Let the staff at The Kitchen & Bath Shop, located at 2 Reach Rd., help you design the space of your dreams.        “We offer custom designs at affordable prices,” said Kelly Mathes, co-owner.
    Mathes and her mother, Susan Czosnek, bring years of design experience to the business.
    “Between the two of us, we have 12 years in kitchen and bath design. Using computer design and technology, we can  design using your room’s dimensions,” said Mathes.
    “When this site came on the market, we felt it was ideal,” said Mathes.
    Located at the corner of the Reach Rd. and Route 1/Caribou Rd., the facility has parking and entrance in back.
    “We have three kitchen displays – one fully operational – featuring different cupboards, with appliance by MPG. We have a guest and master bath display,” said Mathes.
    Each have offices that use cupboards and fixtures as an example of how products can serve multiple uses.
    “My office is downstairs. Mom’s upstairs. Each uses cupboards available through our manufacturers ,” said Mathes.
    The shop features three manufacturers’ products: Candlelight Cabinetry, Dynasty Omega, Homecrest.
    “We carry Witex laminate flooring, several lines of ceramic and hardwood flooring,” said Czosnek.
    “Congoleum products,” added Mathes.
    What you won’t find are kitchen and bath accessories.
    “We’re selling everything for an interior kitchen/bath remodel. We don’t carry accessories,” said Mathes.
    The business serves as a showroom only;  products are made to order.
    “Ordering depends on which line a customer purchases. Shipments take from four to eight weeks,” said Czosnek. “We also provide delivery. We work with homeowners, contractors.”
    “What we have is customer service. Because there’s just the two of us, we can follow through with more personalized attention,” said Czosnek.
    “We own the business and we care,” added Mathes.
    “Customer service is important. Much of our business is from referrals,” said Czosnek.
