    The Presque Isle District Court heard the following cases during the month of March, 2008.
    Kassandra Scott, 19, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, $200 fine; criminal mischief, dismissed.     Michael D. Shapiro, 24, Fort Fairfield: assault (two counts), $300 fine for first, $200 fine for second, 24 hours in jail for both; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $300 fine.
    Darryl I. Sherwood, 58, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $400 fine, seven days in jail.
    Lucien F. Simard, 19, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
    Brittany R. Sincyr, 20, Skowhegan: minor possessed liquor, $200 fine.
    Shane Smith, 24, Milford: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine, 24 hours in jail; indecent conduct, dismissed.
    Ronald Spencer, 28, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Samantha J. St. Peter, 25, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $350 fine.
    Stephen S. Strout, 47, Exeter: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
    Stephan Sullivan, 25, Garfield Plt.: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Jacob Taylor, 19, Ellsworth: failure to provide and display registration, $100 fine.
    Lee R. Theriault, 25, Presque Isle: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Kevin Thibodeau, 25, Presque Isle: fugitive from justice, extradiction ordered.
    Christopher D. Thomson, 18, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail, $149.51 restitution; possession or transfer of burglar’s tools, $250 fine; minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Keith I. Tingley III, 22, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine.
    Todd Tompkins, 44, Easton: assault, filed with $300 cost; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Mariah A. Tracy, 23, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 10 days in jail.
    Joshua D. Turner, 22, Fort Fairfield: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine.
    Chad Wight, 25, Readfield: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.
    Lewis E. Wilcox, 73, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    Aaron T. Willard, 20, Chapman: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
