Steady crowds were on hand to shop with vendors from all over Aroostook County selling their wares ranging from woodworking, painting, and collectibles to locally-raised meat and organic vegetables.
More vendors are anticipated each week. The Fort Fairfield Community Market will be in operation every Saturday 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. throughout the summer, with hours expanding to Wednesdays and Sundays as the weather improves. The Market is located at 227 Main Street in Fort Fairfield.
