Image    Morgan Swan of Woodland, was recently awarded the Secretary of State’s 2008 Eighth Grade Citizenship Award by State Rep. Bernard Ayotte at the Woodland Consolidated School graduation ceremony. Morgan is the daughter of Charles and Sandra Swan.
