PRESQUE ISLE – The Star City Seniors Club met at the Grant Memorial Methodist Church on March 27, with 27 members and four guests: Jachline Clukey, Carol Clukey, Fred Clukey and Bert Clukey. Welcome to our meeting. The blessing was said by Charlie Brown, then we all had a potluck luncheon.     The meeting was opened by the Lord’s Prayer, flag salute and one verse of “America.” We held a silent auction. It was really fun. Erwin Condon passed away. President Donna Devoe read Mr. Condon’s obituary to us all. We are sending a donation for Ervin Condon and we are sending Marie Lamb a fruit basket.
The secretary report was given and accepted by a showing of hands. Now we are doing the auction. President Donna is calling off the winners. After this, the meeting was adjourned.
