    PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were heard at the Presque Isle District Court during the month of January 2008.
    Pamela M. Sam, 39, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine, 24 hrs. in jail.
    William Sanderson, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $100.     Jeremy G. Shaw, 31, Caribou: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Timothy S. Smarrella, 43, Limerick: rule violation – operating after disqualified, $250 fine.
    Joshua N. Suitter, 24, Hodgdon: possession of marijuana, filed at $200 cost.
    Darrell J. Theriault Jr., 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, filed at $100 cost.
    Reynold C. Theriault, 25, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $300 fine, $398.07 restitution.
    Daniel C. Thompson, 23, Fort Fairfield: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
    Kori Tupper, 24, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hrs. in jail.
    Craig B. Walton, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 48 hrs. in jail.
    Corey White Sr., 34, Washburn: assault, dismissed.
    Lyndsay A. White, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Norman M. Wight, 57, Winchester, N.H.: no proof of periodic inspection, $100 fine.

    James H. Alexander, 58, Blaine: illegal transportation of animal or bird, $350 fine.
    Jason L. Alexander, 33, Ashland: illegal transportation of animal or bird, $350 fine.
    John K. Alexander, 46, Presque Isle: illegal transportation of animal or bird, $350 fine.
    Asplundh Tree Expert Co., Willow Grove, Penn.: rule violation – defective low air warning device, $100 fine.
    Pamela M. Ayotte, 29, Ashland: operating while license under suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Benny's Moving and Storage Co., Watertown, Mass.: record of duty status, form and manner violation, $100 fine.
    Lucas M. Bernard, 25, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, $550 fine.
    Timothy M. Bolstridge, 25, Ashland: criminal trespass, $250 fine, 48 hrs. in jail.
    Philip A. Bouchard, 26, Fort Fairfield: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
