Seminar helps create ‘Workforce of Champions’

    PRESQUE ISLE – The Northeast Society for Human Resource Management and Northern Maine Community College have invited David Lee, the found of HumanNature@Work, to speak in Presque Isle on May 15.     Lee, an internationally-recognized authority on managerial and organizational practices, is the author of “Managing Employee Stress and Safety,” plus dozens of articles that have been published in books and trade journals in the U.S., Europe, India, Australia and China.
    In the May 15 seminar titled “How to Create a Workforce of Champions: Secrets of the Best Companies and Managers,” Lee will share best practices from companies known for having a happy, productive workforce. He will also share insights drawn from employers struggling with high turnover, low morale and a poor reputation in the labor market.
