24th annual ‘Puttin’ On The Hits’ a success

The 24th annual “Puttin’ On the Hits” presented by students and staff from the Caribou Middle School has always been an event worth attending and this year was no different.

Image     Mistress of Ceremonies Victoria Keaton, sits on her Mom during the opening act of the annual “Puttin’ On the Hits” presented by the Caribou Middle School students and staff. The opening song was “Your Momma Don’t Dance.”

Victoria Keaton, mistress of ceremonies, kept things rolling right along during the evening, as relaxed and at home behind the podium more so than most adults would be. The evenings program listed 19 acts with a special surprise act taking place at the beginning. The students, rocked, sang, jumped, twirled, danced and were outright outrageously funny as they traded their school books and classrooms for the stage, air guitars and make believe microphones.
