DISTRICT COURT

    PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in Presque Isle District Court during the month of September 2007.
    Craig L. Perry, 19, of Fort Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked, failure to operate an ATV at prudent speed, and criminal mischief. The first charge was dismissed, fined $100 for the second charge, and fined $250 and $150 in restitution for the third charge.     Byron Race, 50, of Presque Isle, operating an ATV on public way. Fined $100.
    Francis G. Raymond, 32, of Fort Fairfield, unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water. Fined $100.
    Stanley Ridley, 44, of Ashland, terrorizing. Fined $250.
    Justin Rockwell, 20, of Caribou, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Justin M. Saunders, 27, of Caribou, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    James W. Shaw, 18, of Mars Hill, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Roger Lee Simard, 21, of Washburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating an ATV on public way, and operating an unregistered ATV. Fined $300 for the first charge and fined $100 for each of the last two charges.
    Jeffrey E. Skinner, 47, of Garfield Plt., OUI. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail, and license suspended for 90 days.
    Jeffrey Sock, 27, of Fort Fairfield, OUI, violating condition of release, operating after habitual offender revocation, and operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail, and license suspended for 90 days for the first charge; sentenced seven days in jail, stayed for the second charge; third charge dismissed; and fined $500 for the last charge.
    Wendell W. Soucier, 56, of Presque Isle, unlawful possession of scheduled drug. Fined $400.
    Dereck M. Stetson, 23, of Mars Hill, failure to display ATV registration numbers. Fined $100.
    John M. Sutherland, 37, of Fort Fairfield, allowing minor to operate an ATV in violation. Fined $100.
    William M. Tasker, 28, of Perham, OUI. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail, and license suspended for 90 days.
    Darrell J. Theriault, Jr., 20, of Stockholm, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Grady A. Thurlow, 41, of Burlington, fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size and violating fishing rule. Fined $100 for each charge.
    Joshua J. Tracy, 19, of Caribou, violating condition of release and minor possessing liquor. Sentenced five days in jail for the first charge and fined $200 for the second charge.
    Brian K. Turcotte, 30, of Fort Fairfield, ATV noise and fire control violation. Fined $100.
    James A. Turner, 44, of Presque Isle, fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size. Fined $100.
    Joshua D. Turner, 22, of Fort Fairfield, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit and operating vehicle without a license. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 30 days for the first charge and fined $200 for the second charge.
    William R. Turner, 40, of Easton, disorderly conduct. Fined $150.
    Andrew M. Tweedie, 18, of Blaine, operating an ATV on public way. Fined $100.
    Lance A. Vangel, 39, of Mars Hill, operating an ATV on public way. Fined $100.
    Robert A. Vanhouten, 26, of Presque Isle, violating condition of release. Fined $250.
    Jessica Keegan Weiland, 22, of Presque Isle, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    Kyle R. Whittier, 18, of Presque Isle, violating protective order. Fined $300.
    Brent A. Willette, 20, of Chapman, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    William Michael Woods, 50, of Portland, OUI. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days.
    Joshua Wright, 23, of Caribou, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
   
    The following cases were among those administered at the Presque Isle District Court in October 2007:
    Rolland R. Cyr, 51, Caribou: permiting unlawful use, $300 fine.
    Jessica R. Dennett, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; and minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension.
    Barry J. Dombroski, 45, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Jessica L. Drew, 26, Ashland: failure to stop all terrain vehicle, $500 fine; and operating ATV on a public way, $100 fine.
    John R. Drew, 24, Ashland: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, $100 fine.
    James R. Dumond, 28, Easton: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Nicholas Durette, 20, Lyman: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
