To the editor:
Several years ago when I wrote many letters over the concern I had of where the leaders of our country were taking America. Today it’s worse and our leaders seem to not know what the truth is anymore. I don’t believe there is any one alive today that has the knowledge, attitude or concern of the people to correct the ills of this world.
I hope it’s not too late for the people to realize that the foundation of this great country was built with one great thought of our forefathers — that America is a nation based on “one nation under God with liberty and justice for all.”
Unless people return to God for guidance through these troublesome times, America is headed down a road of destruction just like all the great civilizations of years gone by.
