PRESQUE ISLE – A hunter safety training program is being offered in October. The course dates are Oct. 15, 16, 22 and 23 from 6 to 9 p.m. Contact the Presque Isle High School Adult Education Office at 764-4776 for more information. The course is open to those age 13 and older and will be held at the Presque Isle High School. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the full program. Authorized instructors are donating their time to the cause of greater outdoor safety. Maximum capacity for the course is 40 students, so early sign-up is important.
