    PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in Presque Isle District Court in the month of July, 2007.
    Michael Albert, 40, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.     Matthew Allen, 25, of Hodgdon, fish violation of number, amount, weight or size. Fined $140.
    Curtis B. Alley, 20, of Sullivan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and minor possessing liquor. Fined $200 for each charge.
    Alexander M. Anderson, 21, of Caribou, operating while license suspended or revoked. Charge was dismissed.
    Corey Baker, 19, of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Michael E. Beckwith, 54, of Presque Isle, burning without a permit. Fined $50.
    Robin L. Belanger, 44, of Fort Fairfield, operating while under the influence, one prior. Fined $700, 60 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, stayed, one year probation, and license suspended for 18 months.
    Brandon Berube, 20, of Presque Isle, operating unregistered ATV. Fined $100.
    Troy Blier, 19, of Nashua, N.H., violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined $250 and 24 hours in jail for the first charge and fined $500 and 50 hours of community service for the second charge.
    Frederick Bonville, Jr., 44, of Presque Isle, violating condition of release. Sentenced 24 hours in jail.
    Carmen I. Bourgoine, 43, of Fort Fairfield, allowed minor to operate ATV in violation. Fined $100.
    Julie Brown, 34, of Mapleton, operating ATV on public way. Fined $100.
    Karter A. Burtt, 18, of Mars Hill, littering. Fined $100.
    Bruce E. Cameron, 39, of Presque Isle, criminal mischief and violating condition of release. The first charge was dismissed and fined $200 and $100 restitution for the second charge.
    Patricia A. Carney, 19, of Chapman, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200.
    Dana W. Chapman, 53, of Fort Fairfield, junkyard/automobile graveyard violation. Charge was dismissed.
    Kevin Clayton, 19, of Washburn, theft by receiving stolen property. Charge was dismissed.
    Cleaves Farms of Sangerville, rule violation missing or broken brake components. Fined $100.
    Matthew E. Clifford, 27, of Mapleton, OUI. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days.
    Michael J. Cooper, 18, of Caswell, operating while license suspended or revokes, prior. Fined $500.
    Gerald D. Coty, 56, unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water. Fined $100.
    Margaret Mary Cray, 49, of Presque Isle, operating without safety equipment. Fined $100.
    Jason K. Cunrod, 25, of Fort Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Frank A. Currier, 58, of Portage, burning without a permit. Fined $50.
    Jordan Davis, 20, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Ann Day, 33, of Presque Isle, theft of services. Fined $250 and $763.09 in restitution.
    Dale Dearborn, 44, of Mechanic Falls, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle. Fined $200.
    Norman D. Deveau, 23, of Tobique, N.B. OUI – no test and operating vehicle without license. Fined $600, 96 hours in jail, and license suspended for 90 days for the first charge and fined $250 for the second charge.
    Christopher A. Devoe, 23, of Limestone, operating vehicle without license. Fined $200.
    Timothy Dewitt, 18, of Fort Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Shane Dufour, 19, of Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    Aaron C. Dyer, 22, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. Fined $500.
    Mikeal Engstrom, 19, of Connor Twp., motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit. Fined $500, license suspended for 30 days, and 50 hours of community service.
    April Flinta, 31, of Presque Isle, operating vehicle without license. Fined $200.
    Danielle Fundalewicz, 29, of Ashland, assault. Charge was dismissed.
    James M. Greenfield, 20, of Caribou, failure to register vehicle. Fined $100.
    Kate Grindel, 26, of Presque Isle, assault. Fined $500.
