Condolences may be expressed at www.duncan-graves.com.     PRESQUE ISLE- Mattie E. Niles, 94 died August 22, 2007 at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnum, CT. She was born in Four Falls, New Brunswick, Canada on June 3, 1913, the daughter of Alexander and Theresa (Day) Watson.
    Mattie was a resident of West View Health Care Center for the past three years. In 1994 Mattie retired from the Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library after 22 years of service. She was predeceased by her husband Dwight L. Niles in 1994. They were married fifty-five years.
    She is survived by a daughter Mrs. Donald (Joyce) Wise of Williamsburg, VA; two sons and their wives, Brian and Barb Niles of Allentown, PA,  Brent and Trudy Niles of Putnam, CT; four grandchildren, Brenda Robayo, Bonnie Niles, Brent Niles, Jr. and Scott Wise; three great grandchildren, Dylan Niles, Brandon and Ryan Robayo.
    A graveside service was held 2:00PM Monday at Fairmount Cemetery in Presque Isle with Pastor Michael Shaw officiating. Relatives and friends may called at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St. from 1:00PM until 1:45PM. Condolences may be expressed at www.duncan-graves.com
