    PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in Presque Isle District Court in the month of May, 2007.
    Joseph W. Langley, 22, of Mapleton, failure to register vehicle. Fined $200.
    Maine Potato Growers, Inc., of Presque Isle, rule violation defective low air warning device. Fined $100.     Samuel M. Mathers, 20, of Presque Isle, operated under the influence. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail, and license suspended for 365 days.
    Joseph Donald McCarty, 45, of Vassalboro, snowmobile rule violation. Fined $100.
    Anthony R. McGuire, 39, of Enfield, Conn., violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    David M. McLean, 20, of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $400.
    Liza L. Michaud, 18, of Fort Fairfield, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Michael J. Michaud, 22, of Presque Isle, two counts of assault, violating condition of release, and criminal mischief. First Charge dismissed; fined $300 and five days in jail, stayed for the second charge; and five days in jail, stayed, for each of the third and fourth charges.
    John L. Morey, 50, of Presque Isle, disorderly conduct and permitting unlawful use. Fined $200 for each of the charges.
    Bryce P. Morrison, 20, of Millinocket, minor possessing liquor. Fined $300.
    Matthew Morrison, 23, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.
    Joshua Mushero, 24, of Perham, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    Thomas Francis O’Connor, 42, Mars Hill, assault and terrorizing. Fined $300 and 12 days in jail, stayed, for the first charge and 10 days in jail, stayed, for the second charge.
    Damon Ogden, 39, of Bangor, violating protective order. Fined $350.
    Keegan O’Neal, 19, of Fort Fairfield, OUI and minor transporting liquor. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail, and license suspended for 365 days for the first charge and fined $100 and license suspended for 30 days on the second charge.
    Pauline Ouellette, 53, of Caswell, criminal trespass and assault. Sentenced 24 hours in jail for the first charge and fined $300 and sentenced 90 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, and one year probation for the second charge.
    Christopher D. Pelletier, 23, of Ashland, operated while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
    Joel M. Pickens, 18, of Castle Hill, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
    Alan C. Probst, 36, of Wilkes-Barre, Penn., rule violation. Fined $500.
    Ashley I. Renaud, 23, of Fort Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $150 and $100 restitution.
    Matthew S. Reynolds, 25, of Presque Isle, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
    Patrick W. Rogerson, 25, of Sherman Station, operating unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.
    Ricky J. Roussel, 28, of Limestone, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.
    Andrew J. Russo, 29, of Marlborough, Mass., failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
    Brian Saunders, 25, of Presque Isle, assault. Fined $500, 30 days in jail, and $2,250.50 in restitution.
    Whitney Searles, 18, of Fort Fairfield, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Dean Seward, 46, of Limestone, probation violation. Sentenced to seven days in jail, stayed, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
    Chad A. Shaw, 27, of Fort Fairfield, negotiating a worthless instrument and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior. First charge filed on $100 court costs and fined $600 and 50 hours of community service for the second charge.
    Thomas W. Simmons III, 25, of Waldoboro, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
    Justin M. Simpson, 27, of Presque Isle, failure to provide and display registration. Fined $100.
    George R. Smith, 51, of Ashland, failure to exhibit license. Fined $50.
    Thomas L. Sock, 19, of Caribou, violating protective order. Fined $300.
    Christopher Spencer, 21, of Presque Isle, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit. Fined $400 and license suspended for 30 days.
    Philip E. Sprague, Jr., 43, of Presque Isle, assault and violating condition of release. First charge was dismissed. Sentenced to 10 days in jail for the second charge.
    Chad Warren Tompkins, 36, of Castle Hill, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    Lindsey Rae Turner, 25, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200.
    Christopher Tuttle, 28, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.
    Norman L. Tuttle, 41, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Filed on court costs of $250.
    Shannon Walker, 23, of Presque Isle, assault. Filed on court costs of $200.
    Shawn L. Weand, 35, of Presque Isle, operating unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.
    Brian White, 25, of Easton, allowing dog to be at large. Fined $100.
    Joseph Zetterman, 19, of New Sweden, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit. Fined $400 and license suspended for 30 days.
