Curtis B. Alley, 19, of Sullivan, theft by receiving stolen property. Fined $200.
Rafael E. Alvarez, 32, of Woonsocket, R.I., rule violation-operating after disqualified. Fined $500.
Alan Bailey, 32, of North Branford, Conn., operating a vehicle without license. Fined $150.
Timothy Bartlett, 47, of New Gloucester, operating unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.
Christopher N. Beaulieu, 18, of Mapleton, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
Kurtis Beaulieu, 20, of Easton, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor. Fined $500.
Dwayne J. Bell, 21, of Presque Isle, habitual motor vehicle offender. Sentenced to 30 days in jail. Also, failure to stop, remain, provide information. Sentenced to 20 days in jail.
Jamy Blanchard, 33, of Alfred, failure to provide and display registration. Dismissed.
Justin Boucher, 20, of Presque Isle, failure to operate snowmobile at prudent speed. Fined $100.
Robert Bowmaster, 27, of Morrell Siding, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $500, restitution $54.02.
Daniel W. Bradbury, 31, of Bridgewater, operating unregistered snowmobile. Dismissed by court.
John Bradstreet, 23, of Warren, failure to operate snowmobile at prudent speed. Fined $100.
Michele Breault, 28, of Washburn, failure to stop, provide information. Filed with costs of $100.
Marcus A. Brown, 20, of Westfield, operating vehicle without a license. Fined $200.
Cameron J. Burby, 19, of Ashland, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
Dana W. Cameron, 74, of Ashland, operating under the influence. Fined $600, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days.
Kevin W. Campbell, 40, of Fort Fairfield, OUI, prior. Fined $700, sentenced to seven days in jail, stayed, license suspended 18 months. Also, operating a vehicle without license conditions restriction. Fined $200.
Ricky Castonguay, 53, of Washburn, failure to pay parking tickets. Fined $100.
David Churchill, 23, of Fort Fairfield, driving to endanger. Dismissed.
Grant G. Clark, 27, of Mapleton, operating while license suspended or revoked. Filed with costs of $200.
Ronald W. Crouse, 35, of Fort Fairfield, probation violation. Sentenced to three days in jail and restitution of $20.
Brian Curtis, 20, of Mars Hill, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Sentenced to three days in jail and restitution of $20. Also, assault. Fined $300, sentenced to six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended and probation for two years. Also, three counts of violating condition of release, sentenced to five days in jail for each count.
