Janice Condon

CONDON, Janice – Presque Isle – 61, died April 11, 2007. A graveside service will be held June 1, 2007 at Worth Grendell Cemetery in Chapman at 1 p.m. Arrangements are in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.     PRESQUE ISLE – Janice Condon, 61, born August 23, 1945 in Presque Isle, passed away at home peacefully on April 11, 2007. She had Cerebral Palsey and lived her very active life from a wheel chair. She lived at home with family and had an aid Alice Moffitt, for 28 years who became a friend, buddy and seemed like a devoted sister rather than an aid over the years.
    She was predeceased by parents, Raymond and Elizabeth, brothers, Gary Raymond and Jay Adrian all of Mapleton.
    She is survived by a sister and family Joy Cowden of Manorville, Long Island N.Y. with whom she lived the past 32 years, brother-in-law Allen, nephews Derek, Shane, Lance, and a niece Heather, 2 great nephews and 1 great neice who were the highlights of her later years.
    Visitation was at McLaughlin Funeral Home in Riverhead, N.Y. on April 13, 2007. Janice is being interred at Worth Grendell Cemetery in Chapman on June 1, 2007 at 1 p.m. Officiating her service will be Dot Matson of Mapleton United Methodist Church.
